Take the hassle out of going to the gym and let us come to you! Mesomorph Personal Training offers 3-month packages, ranging from 1 to 3 times per week (or more) depending on your goals. On average, it takes 90 days to form lasting habits and see results, and our 45 minute sessions allow you the flexibility to work it into your busy schedule. We will create a custom plan for you directly related to your personal goals and if you don't have equipment at home, we'll bring it to you! Sessions can be one on one or with a small group, so if you need that extra accountability, bring your friends along for the ride!
Always on the road for work? Live in a remote area that makes it hard to get to a gym? Busy with the kids at home and need to work out during nap time? No problem, we've got you covered! Mesomorph Personal Training is based in Erie, Colorado but can train you from anywhere using our virtual services. As long as you have a space to move around and a stable internet connection, we can accommodate your goals...even if you don't have equipment. We'll provide the same custom programming and support as our in-home options, but with more flexibility to work out anywhere, at almost any time. This is also a more cost effective option if you're on tighter budget. No excuses!
Custom written programs are provided for all of our clients as part of their packages, however, if you already have some experience in the gym and just need some fresh ideas or guidance, this can be a good option for you. We will provide programs to you 1-3 times per week on a month-by-month basis for as long as you need them. There is no hands-on trainer/client interaction so form adjustments and nutritional guidance are not provided. That said, the program will still be tailored to your individual goals and you will receive regular check-ins with your trainer.
As part of your in-home or virtual package, we offer nutritional guidance based on the workout plans we put together for you. Working out 1-3 times per week is great, but sitting down to pizza and wings every night won't help you reach your goals. Without proper nutrition, the hard work you put in can be negated so we want to ensure you're getting the most out of your sessions. We don't provide full meal plans, but we will provide suggestions to maximize your body transformation and make lasting change for your health.
Your first session is designed as a thorough fitness assessment and body composition analysis. As trainers, we need a comprehensive picture of what modifications (if any) are needed. We need to understand your goals, roadblocks and biomechanics to design the optimal program that will fit into your life. We also want to get to know you, and for you to get to know us to ensure that you feel comfortable working together! This session is free, whether or not you sign up with us, so you have nothing to lose by taking the first step. We can't wait to meet you!
